Section 404.6 of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosurer Act, as Amended says:
Every labor organization officer or employee required to file a report under section 202(a) of the Act and under this part shall be personally reponsible for the filing of such report and for any statement contained therein which he knows to be false.
