Unions May Now Picket on Private Property in California

It was recently reported on JDSupraLawNews (a blog written by lawyers for lawyer (mostly anti union)) that in a recent decision the California Supreme Court has held that labor unions have the right to picket in front of privately owned store entrances.

What does this mean for California Businesses?  It means they have lost one more legal shield to hide behind in order to avoid the backlash of Union unrest.  "As a result, the Court stated, peaceful picketing on private property is legal and cannot be enjoined."
