The former financial secretary of Security, Police and Fire Professionals of America, Local 112, Laura Cloyd, pled guilty to one count of felony theft and one count of misdemeanor theft from the Local Union.

Cloyd was sentenced to three years of diversion and orderd to pay restitution of $1,669.00
A diversion program is a form of sentence in which the guilty enters a rehabilitation program for their behavior.
Something about this case doesn't look right. I'll leave it up to you to figure out.
